Rug is absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately doesn’t match my interior, but I will go with same collection different color.

After remolding my kitchen and breakfast area, I needed a round rug and runner to pull everything together! Once I received both rugs and saw how much of a difference the colors made, I ordered a second runner for my back entrance. The Colors in the rug definitely made the hardwood floors pop as well as pulling the furniture and cabinets all together! Beautiful rug and love the colors! Very well made ! Will recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor to others! CS kept me informed of the delay in the shipping of the second runner. Even though it was delayed it was still received in a timely manner.
Very happy with 2 small rugs purchased for my kitchen. I had to purchase one at a time to see which color palate was the real one. Some pictures showed soft muted colors which is what I liked. The other photo showed a brassy color palate that I didn’t care for. I didn’t want to have to send back 2 rugs if I was unhappy with color palate. The rugs are the softer muted colors that I desired. They look great on my new oak floors! Quality is just as I hoped!

We are giving 5-stars to Incredible Rugs and Decor because of their outstanding customer service. The first rug we ordered arrived in just a few days. It was defective and they sent a return label and had already sent a new rug which arrived within a few days. We spoke to two different Incredible Rugs and Decor representatives during the process, and both were polite, understood the issue after we sent a picture of the defects in the first rug, and rapidly took care of the problem. We could not have been more pleased with the company.
Having said that, we were very disappointed in the quality of the Surya rug. We had this exact rug for seven or eight years and it was wearing out, so we were thrilled to find the same rug available from Incredible Rugs and Decor. The first new rug had irregular borders on the semicircles and also had black dye stains that could not be hidden. As noted, the company took this back at no charge and sent another one. The second one was much better, but still showed a lower quality of workmanship than the original from several years ago. It is passable, so we are keeping it, but are disappointed in its quality. We recognize that these are handmade, so there will be some variation from rug to rug. Had we not owned the same rug for many years and appreciated its quality, we may not be as critical about the new rugs.
In summary, Incredible Rugs and Decor gets a 5-plus and we rank the rug as a 3.

I bought the sample of this rug, but it wasn't right for the feel of my room; the white is very stark, and the grey medallion is too far into the blue scale for my needs. I am, however, struck by the beauty and geometry of this pattern - it just wasn't right for my room. I ended up buying the Petra Charcoal Rug linked below.
I will make one criticism: It takes longer to get the carpet samples from this company than it does to get the rug, which is frustrating for a foundational piece like a rug - it stalls the entire design process. This is the 4th or 5th sample I've purchased, and the second rug from this company, and the experience was the same; forever to get the sample, and then bam... a few days to get the rug itself.
I have nothing but good things to say about the rugs I've gotten from Incredible Rugs; fast delivery, high quality, and accurate photos on the website - that last bit is incredibly important - a straight on flat image of a rug isn't always helpful, the furnished shots and the image of the pile are way more accurate - thank you for making this easy!

We love the rugs. They look fantastic in our foyer and hallways. Very pleased with the service and delivery as well.
The carpet is very nice looks good in my home. But I wish it were clean, I vacuumed twice and some dark dust and fine dark dirt was in the rug. It doesn’t smell clean. I wouldn’t think a brand new rug would be in this shape.
Got the rug and although it took some doing (due to size), we got the protective packaging off of it, and got it rolled out. It is a match to the runner we received several days ago, and we really hope the rug settles out as quickly as the runner did. Looks terrific!

Gray gray silver gray. No wheat at all and now I’m stuck with an expensive rug I can’t use.
I like the rug but my wife does not. I am a fisherman so anything with fish on it is great by me! But the rug (pile) is kind of thin. Compared to the other rugs I have been buying from you this one is different. I see it is also machine washable although I do not want to attempt for fear of breaking my washing machine. So I give it 3 stars. Possibly in time I will upgrade the rating.

I bought this carpet in combination with a blue and white striped cloth sofa set. They had this exact carpet under the sofas at the showroom. I’ve had it for 4 years and it has held up great but due to the nature of the light color, I was looking to rebuy the exact carpet. I looked at the tag underneath and was able to locate the manufacturer. I will be ordering g the same carpet same size again!
