I purchased the 5x7 and 8x11 Touchstone Nore Grey rugs and couldn’t be more pleased. The quality and workmanship is perfect. I saw these rugs in person at a major department store but they could not meet Incredible Rug’s pricing, free rug pad and free delivery.

Beautiful, plush, quality and soft rug that works wonderfully in a modern room. Adds much needed color to brighten our living room. It is really a piece of art. The bright white patches are a tad lower than the other yarns which adds a textured look to the rug. I LOVE this rug and all the colors.

The Karastan Enigma Aura Desert 8 X 10 area rug and matching runners are exactly what I had hoped they would be! The colors are a match to their site image. The variegated tones speak to my golden oak hardwood floors and charcoal upholstery.
The non-slip rug pads have secured hallway runners. The surface is soft and very inviting to a bare foot.

I’d been looking for a rug that would tie things together in our living room. I was hesitant to purchase something on line. Customer service was great and suggested I get the smallest size to try in the room first, which I did. Since there was a sale going on, they held the larger size rug for me until I decided whether or not to purchase. I proceeded with the purchase of the larger rug after seeing the smaller on in our space. Once again customer service was prompt in getting information to me re: the return of the small rug and shipment of the larger rug. When it arrived, right on schedule, we placed it in our room and it is perfect!

So happy I found this rug through Incredible Rugs! Their price beat that of other sellers, they offered a free rug pad (which I actually used under another rug), and delivery was timely. I had seen the rug at a retailer, so had an advantage on matching colors -- but, for the most part it's true to the online photos. It is a very light cream (ivory) and the graphite is a a charcoal-grey. Very nice look!

Carpet colors matched the photos on website. Colors are varied, muted w nice touches of aqua to pick up the overall piece. Loved the feature on website which allowed an Online visual of the carpet in various sizes in a variety of rooms. Customer service, shipping and delivery great. I have to admit that this purchase was a spurge item in our home redecorating, but it was worth every penny. This rug is beautiful. The pattern is striking without being too bold. The rug fiber is very soft. Service and delivery through Incredible Rugs were great. We had the rug about one week after ordering.
