I have been a customer for years. I have always found Incredible Rugs and Decor to have the most competitive pricing of the brands I have purchased. The fast, free shipping is great, as well as their product quality guarantee.

We purchased the Karastan Spice Market Saigon Area Rug. The large one is in the living room and goes beautifully with the rest of our decor. The rug is very cushiony and it feels good underfoot. The colors are subdued, yet strong enough to make a good presence. It does not overpower the rest of the fabrics in the space. The small one is 2' x 3' and has a special place in the kitchen. We also purchased the same Karastan pattern as a custom ordered runner. The cut edge required serging and it was done beautifully. This goes in our kitchen to protect the wood flooring. We purchased a pet proof mat to protect the flooring from possible moisture. We cut the mat to fit the size of the custom runner. We are incredibly pleased with our purchases from Incredible Rugs, including our dining room rug purchased a while ago. Our satisfaction with that area rug prompted us to look at the website for our current purchases. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for helping us decorate our home.

Pro: Rugs represent the pics on the website and with wonderful help with Emily I changed my rugs but was able to keep in the same family to use in multiple rooms.
I shared info about my new home colors and Emily did great with my selection.
Con: Shipping has been a nightmare! The entire order was to ship it one time which would’ve been after we took possession of our new home. That was a clear disaster because they mailed four of the rugs to the old house.
The quality of those rugs the manufacture ends were not good so then I had to go through the whole process by returning them and getting new ones shipped out..
In the last shipment, they shipped one extra pad so now I get to go through the second process of returning that one.
I personally would have preferred a wider pad.
Overall, I’m keeping the rugs I have because I do like them and they go nice with my color scheme. However, because of the constant headache, I will not be re-ordering.
I will shout out to Jennifer, who has also help during this stressful time.

Also love the visualizer tool to help screen rugs before ordering. Staff is on top of shipping and returns and very helpful in the process. Love the rugs I've purchased.

First, I am not one to write a review unless I have a really challenging or really incredible experience w/ a company or product. This one I am happy to say was awesome.
I found the rug I wanted on their website but was struggling with a couple details, so I gave them a call and to my absolute delight I tt a real person (who as she shared has been part of this small business for a long time)
I described my situation, what I was trying to accomplish (related to our puppy and kids), my budget and she helped me out like only someone that has been in the business for a while :-) can do.

Hands down, the "see it in my room" feature of the website was invaluable! There were so many rugs that I thought would look good but did not when I used the feature. It really helped me pick the perfect rug the first time!!!! Highly recommend!

I ordered a rug I loved on the website. I received an email from the owner suggesting that I get a sample first since the rug was so big. I did and the colors were not quite right. o I am going to look for another rug on this website. I have never received this type of appropriate service on a consumer website. It is remarkable and so appreciated.

What a great carpet! The black is a very rich deep black which nicely highlights the carved border. The carpets are plush and feel great on bare feet! I love these carpets. The service, communications from Incredible rugs is the best. I'll be shopping for more carpets for my home from Incredible rugs!
