Loved this rug at the beginning, after a few months of having it in the main bedroom under the bed, the pile worn down quick, as an interior designer I love this brand but this just has not held up.
Very soft and nice. Color was much brighter blue than in picture. Wasn’t the right fit for our room.
….was not happy with logistics for delivery. There was a community gate charge of an additional $45 which I found out about only 30 minutes before delivery. Incredible Rugs and their carriers (in this case, Southeastern) are well aware of extra charges where items are being delivered. They should have let us know ahead of time; this was a lot of unnecessary scrambling at the last minute before delivery. The driver even suggested we could meet him outside the gate to load a 10’ X 14’ foot rug onto our car! We are in our 70’s - no way can we do that! I do the love the rug.
