I was quite disappointed in it. It looked nothing like the picture. I don’t think I even got the right carpet. The one that I ordered had more green in it. This has a ton of blue and it’s kind of an ugly blue, but the carpet itself is gorgeous.It’s just doesn’t go in my living room, but I’m stuck with it. because I don’t wanna pay to have it sent back.

Love the rug but….
….was not happy with logistics for delivery. There was a community gate charge of an additional $45 which I found out about only 30 minutes before delivery. Incredible Rugs and their carriers (in this case, Southeastern) are well aware of extra charges where items are being delivered. They should have let us know ahead of time; this was a lot of unnecessary scrambling at the last minute before delivery. The driver even suggested we could meet him outside the gate to load a 10’ X 14’ foot rug onto our car! We are in our 70’s - no way can we do that! I do the love the rug.
