I am very pleased with my purchase from Incredible Rugs and Decor. My Loloi Giada Gia-06 Denim 3’2” round multi rug is perfect for the top of my stairway. The rug is well made and arrived within a few weeks. This is my second purchase from Incredible Rugs and Decor. I also purchased a 12’x15’ Karastan rug about a year ago.
This beautiful rug went in my spare bedroom. This pix does not do it justice. It is well made. Shipped very well.
I love the rug. The only thing I do have an issue with is it is cut crooked. It will be hid by the furniture but that's not the point. For the price of the rug it should not be crooked. We, of course, are going to keep it due to the cost of having to return it.
Ordering and Follow Up: ordering was easy. We received emails suggesting that we accept a swatch before we buy the rug. We affirmatively admit it: we refused the swatch. However, I do not think that having the swatch would have changed anything as far as the difficulties we are having with the rug, as described below.
Delivery: Incredible advised that we should be at home when the rug was delivered, which we agree is a prudent plan. FedEx’s tracking stated for 2 days prior that the rug would be delivered by the end of the day on a Friday. We rearranged our schedule so that someone would be at home to accept the rug delivery. At 3:20 pm that Friday, we got a call from FedEx, asking to set up a day and time for the rug delivery. I said, “I am looking at your tracking website, it says it will be delivered today. Please bring it today.” FedEx refused.
Incredible is not FedEx, but we believe that they have responsibility to ensure that their customers are treated properly by their vendors, and their vendors’ vendors. This did not happen, and after calling Incredible, we received no follow-up.
Rug quality: The rug does not look like the picture. Depending on which way the nap is directed, it can have a completely faded-out and bleached-out look. If the nap all went in the same direction, this would not be a problem. We could just vacuum the rug in one direction and admire the beautiful, vibrant colors that the rug has to offer. However, the nap changes with the different sections of the rug and it is not possible to do this. Repeat: the rug does NOT look like the picture.
When I called Incredible, I was told a swatch would have helped. I reject this: a swatch would not have come with seemingly endless nap directions in the various rug sections. I was told that a cheaper fabric, like the one we purchased, will have a certain “sheen”, and that buying a finer fabric, like wool, would help, though it would cost up to 7X as much. That was not useful information to receive from Incredible. We paid around $1100 --- a figure that we do not believe represents “cheap” or “bargain”.
Bottom line: we will never order via internet again.
Thanks for your feedback, Mary. I'm sorry for the dissapointment, however. As you mentioned, the 'silky' pile of the Giada rug will darken or lighten depending on the direction of the nap and how it is placed in the room. The pile/nap is consistent throughout so you might do well to simply rotate the rug 180 degrees in the room. Also, with some normal use, the contrast between light and dark colors might subdue a bit as the rug breaks in. Of course, if you find the silky nature of this rug is not for you, please reach out for return instructions. Keep our sample program in mind where you can see and feel the pile in-person, in your lighting, to avoid heft return shipping fees on large/heavy rugs. Adjusting room lighting can also make a difference. Thank you.

Ordering a rug from an image on a computer screen can be tricky. When I saw the Loloi Giada rug on-line, it was beautiful with good reviews but how would it feel, how would it look under our lighting? I found the rug in a furniture store and that assured me of the quality and feel of the rug. The store was not offering the price that I was seeing on-line, so I ordered it through Incredible Rugs and Decor. They were happy to send it but notified me of the cost of returning it if it did not work out due to its large size, distance from the warehouse and the truck required to deliver it. It was suggested I might want to be 100% sure by ordering a sample. In the end, I ordered both the Denim and Lagoon samples. Both were lovely. The lagoon colors really seem to change throughout the day with the sun direction coming through our windows. It is soft, colorful without being loud and flattened quickly. I am extremely happy with our purchase and I appreciate that Incredible Rugs informed me of the return price before placing such a large order. I encourage people to order a sample because it really is helpful to see it on the floor as opposed to hanging and under your own lighting. I would order from them again. Their customer service was very impressive.
