I have a vacation home in the Mountains and needed a rug for my kitchen wooden floors that have gotten scratched. I ordered 3 of these rugs and 2 came correct and one was the same color but a different pattern. I contacted the company and they immediately sent out the correct one and had the other picked up by UPS. The company was was very apologetic and wonderful to work with. Also, I love these three rugs! I have had light sisal rugs and they were easily stained in the kitchen. These are darker, don’t show stains and look wonderful with my pine cabinets.
