I’d been looking for a rug that would tie things together in our living room. I was hesitant to purchase something on line. Customer service was great and suggested I get the smallest size to try in the room first, which I did. Since there was a sale going on, they held the larger size rug for me until I decided whether or not to purchase. I proceeded with the purchase of the larger rug after seeing the smaller on in our space. Once again customer service was prompt in getting information to me re: the return of the small rug and shipment of the larger rug. When it arrived, right on schedule, we placed it in our room and it is perfect!

The carpet color was exactly like the picture...great quality! This is the 5th carpet that we have purchased from Incredible Rugs and have not been disappointed or needed to return!

The quality of this rug is terrific and is a perfect compliment to our decor. Incredible Rugs was great to work with. The rug was ordered on a Saturday morning and arrived just 4 days later. So happy I found this rug through Incredible Rugs! Their price beat that of other sellers, they offered a free rug pad (which I actually used under another rug), and delivery was timely. I had seen the rug at a retailer, so had an advantage on matching colors -- but, for the most part it's true to the online photos. It is a very light cream (ivory) and the graphite is a a charcoal-grey. Very nice look!

Carpet colors matched the photos on website. Colors are varied, muted w nice touches of aqua to pick up the overall piece. Loved the feature on website which allowed an Online visual of the carpet in various sizes in a variety of rooms. Customer service, shipping and delivery great. Overall a very good experience with this company.

I have to admit that this purchase was a spurge item in our home redecorating, but it was worth every penny. This rug is beautiful. The pattern is striking without being too bold. The rug fiber is very soft. Service and delivery through Incredible Rugs were great. We had the rug about one week after ordering.

First of all the rug is AMAZING. I love the wide weave of this piece. The colors are gorgeous and matched the sample I bought perfectly.

The rugs matched the picture very closely. The pile is thick and with the mat underneath, the rugs are really comfortable.

Got my rug very quickly, packaged well. When I unrolled it, I was delighted to see that the rug was just like the image online, color seemed true to what I received. All in all, I am very pleased with this rug and am looking at another from Incredible Rugs and Decor based on customer service.

This rug had exactly the colors I needed for a redo of our sunroom based on the colors in an art piece. Love the pattern! It is not "floor heavy" and is perfect in our traditional space.

This is my second rug from Oriental Weavers...first rug I purchased over 10 years ago. Part of my choice was financial, and the other is quality, 10 years and the first rug has no wear or fading issues. I did see the rug in a local furniture store before purchasing so I knew it was exactly what I wanted. But I would probably use the "sample system" before making a blind purchase.
