After looking at hundreds of rugs locally and online, I narrowed my choice down to this site and this rug. I was very hesitant to order a 9x13 rug online but low price guarantee, free shipping and easy returns eased my concern. Another obstacle to ordering sight unseen is the difficulty of accurate color matching. It's usually very hard to determine from a computer photo but Incredible Rugs made it much easier by listing Pantone color combos. I was able to look up the RGB formulas for this rug so I knew I had the perfect match. The rug arrived in time and in good condition. I expected it to be thicker but woven wool doesn't have much of a pile so it looks and feels more like a floor cloth than a rug. It lays perfectly flat on my wood floor and does not ripple even without a rug pad. Very nice quality with rich colors all the way through to the back, it's easily reversible. My next purchase will be a dining room rug and I'll happily order again from Incredible Rugs. Thank you for a great buying experience and very nice product.
