The Shade of the Rug pictured wasn’t the color of the rug I received!

Before I placed my Order I called and the customer service was so helpful to explain that the rug shades were right on to what was pictured. Confident that they cared about being satisfied when I received my entry rug. The size was great and the quality was great! But shade of lilac was a total different shade. from the picture. I called customer service and the gentleman asked me to take a picture of my received product. Once he saw it he said it was right on and the exact color. The color was not even close to the same color. But not to argue the shade being off for many reasons, from monitors, lighting in the home etc..... Sorry he said, they can’t honor a free return shipping label that it would be at my cost. Doing business with a company that doesn’t offer free returns is costly to Hope their products are true to colors depicted. It cost me $45.00 to return the 5.6” square rug back to them.
Customer Service at its finest would have been great if I had gotten an apology and to help me choose another color to exchange it for another rug to help me save me the $45 return fee.
I just can’t risk that kind of cash to hope for the best!
