It took me 3 tries with sample rugs and we love the final pick. Returning the sample rugs went very smooth. I understand the (very reasonable) return fee .The rug pad is working great. No slipping. The rug pad is easy to trim. Rug pad scraps are great for little fix-it projects around the house. I had numerous chats with you and your staff. All of you were so helpful in answering my questions.
