This rug is SO gorgeous that I can't stop looking at it. It is VERY high quality with real plushness and incredibly vibrant color. I have to say that the customer service was probably the best I've encountered in a long time. Professional, personable and efficient. Makes me wish I needed more rugs! Already referred a friend who made a purchase. By the way, one photo also shows the other rug I purchased at the same time. I'm in rug heaven.

Great quality but colors don't look like the photo
The quality of the product is fantastic. The colors are not accurately represented. There is a lot of green in this rug. So much so that it did not work in the room we bought it for and we put it somewhere else.
The rug feels great though.
