Great experience despite COVID-related delays
We ordered the Oriental Weavers Pasha, 11 x 13, knowing it was not expected to be available for at least 2 months. We received communication that, due to manufacturing and shipping issues, now we were looking at an additional 2-4 months. We decided to purchase a smaller size of the same rug, which was in stock. The representative was very helpful, changed the order and processed a partial refund. The rug and pad shipped shortly thereafter. We are very pleased with the rug. It definitely needed to lay flat for about a week since it shipped folded not rolled. I would definitely use this company again.
