We ordered a 9'10" x 12'10" rug in gray and it looks beautiful in our living room. Great quality rug! We really like the fact the shag length isn't too long, but yet it is long enough to feel luxurious underfoot. It took us a bit longer to receive the rug than initially expected, however Incredible Rugs has great customer service and they kept us updated on our rug delivery. It was definitely worth the wait!!
