As to the rug itself, the color is as seen in the pictures. The shag is a bit more fluffy and longer than in the photo which is nice because it feels good under your feet, but not sure how long it will last since it is not as tightly wound as displayed. Also, when I unwrapped it I saw all these shimmery gold weaves and I thought it would look cheesy, but once you put it down it blends in with the rest and projects and nice color.
As to the overall service of the company, i did have an issue at first b/c it was supposed to be shipped within 1-3 days and after a week I hadn't heard anything. The call hours were not flexible (M-F 9-5p) so I emailed and at first got a response that they were not available but in the end they returned my email promptly and sent the rug out the next day. After my email I received it 3 days later. There must have been a glitch in the system so I suggest that if you do not hear back within a day or two contact the company.
