The rug we purchased from "Incredible Rugs And Decor", exceeded our expectations. We have two couches in our living room that have similar colors but do not match. When we received the rug we were blown away by how much the rug tied the two couches together. It looks wonderful in the room. \nThe rug came in a box, I had never purchased a rug on line before so this was new to me. When we pulled the rug out of the box it had bumps and humps, and I told my wife, " these humps and bumps will never come out." Well, after talking with Incredible Rugs expert costumer service, they reassured me they would flatten out in a few weeks time. Sure enough the bumps and humps came out and the rug is flat, and looks fantastic. \nI will say that the folks at "Incredible Rugs And Decor" have made my purchasing experience pure delight, and this rug has completed our room and looks wonderful.
