I had ordered three pieces of this carpet and it was recommended that I purchase the 2X3’ piece first to be sure I liked the carpet as if I had received the 12X 15’ carpet sight unseen, there would be a hefty shipping charge to return it (Great customer service) I did as was suggested and absolutely loved the item. I then ordered the runner and large carpet by phone (held items from first order) and was updated throughout the process with emails about the tracking history. I love the quality and the price by ordering directly was noticeably lower and FREE SHIPPING!!! Would definitely order from you again and highly recommend this company to others.
