This rug is absolutely beautiful. The colors online were gorgeous yet in-person there was another whole wow factor. Elegant, and such a unique blend of color. There were a few loose threads that got caught in the vacuum cleaner which frayed a portion of the border. I called, sent images, and their service from start to finish, when the replacement rug arrived was prompt, professional, and so respectful. For the moment I clicked on this site the support I received was unmatchable. I had questions during the shipment and when it arrived and all I needed to do was email, Steve. I received a response soon after at times later than 9:00 pm! This is unheard of. The rug is more beautiful than any picture can show. There are colors you can't see from the site's picture or mine. Buy it and you can always return it, but I won't have to return it because it is perfect. I have shared this site and will continue to spread the news on the quality and the service.

This is the most beautiful rug! It is perfect and the colors are richer than I expected!!

I first ordered the sample because I was unsure about the colors matching my furniture. This was their suggestion! When it can it was perfect and I ordered the bigger one and just got it today. Now I want to order a smaller one to put under my dining room table that is in the same room as my living room!! Plush and feels great under my feet. The dog is also a big fan!! I had bought a small area rug for my front door at Home Goods that had colors in it that went well with my colors in my living room. I looked at the back of this rug and there was a label stating it was from Oriental Weavers and the name of the rug was Andorra 6845 so I went online to see if I could find the same rug in a larger size. The rug came up on Incredible Rugs and Decore Website. I wanted to order it but kept putting it off because I was afraid it wouldn't go with my decor and didn't want to have to deal with sending it back if I didn't like it. . I finally placed my order on Mothers Day because they were giving a 20% off discount if ordered the weekend of Mother Day as well as a free rug pad.. I am so glad I ordered this rug. The colors go with my decor and the rug is so plush. I love it and cannot stop raving about it. I have 2 dogs and they love it as well. I was very pleased with the service I received from Incredble Rugs and Decor - they kept me abreast of where the rug was in transite and it arrived on the day they said it would arrive..Overall, this was a great experience and I will do business with Indredible Rugs and Decor again.

How do I get the edges to lay flat. I’ve tried weights for several days?

Heavy rugs usually need a week or two to fully flatten on their own, but you can speed along the process by simply reverse rolling any curled edges, hold firmly for a few minutes to release the 'memory' and that should flatten it. Rolling backwards against the curl is usually all it takes. Thank you and enjoy!
