We stand behind our products with the best warranty in the industry. If you experience a defect in construction (as defined in our Warranty Policy) during the warranty period, the defective item will be picked up and an exact replacement will be shipped to you.

We had a vision of which rug we needed in our new front room. We found it in the Anastasia Ash/Sand from Incredible Rugs and Decor. Not only is it beautiful, it's soft and welcoming. Shipment was prompt and the rug got here in great condition. Do be careful about the contrasting edging on the short sides. It's a bit unexpected, though not garish or ugly - just different. I would have been OK if there pattern ran throughout.
