John M. (Fairfax Station, VA) Service, delivery, etc. were all great. Reading other reviews I didn’t realize I could get free samples to ensure the colors would meet expectations. Material wise this rug is great. The only issue is the colors don’t match the photos online. I was expecting a darker shade of blue with a cream colored contrast. Instead it’s more of a bright blue with white contrast. My wife thought it was fine so I didn’t raise a fuss, but I would have probably inquired about exchanging it otherwise.
