The 100% wool Loloi Victoria rug I ordered is outstanding. Replaced a worn synthetic rug I had in my home office. I recently received the rug, but the quality seems to be very good. The colors are earthy and muted, but really pop in the loop weave; it matches my office color scheme wonderfully. I had no problems with Incredible Rugs and Decor; ordered online, paid, and received the rug in a timely fashion. As a military veteran, I also really appreciate their military discount.

To begin, we had a disastrous experience with another on line rug from Macy's. I was hesitant to make another on line purchase, but during the Covid time, it seemed necessary. We ordered this 9 X 12 rug from an on line picture and were pleasantly surprised by outstanding results.
1. Customer Service: The company was very communicative about our order and shipping information.
2. Timeliness: The rug arrived in record time and was kindly delivered.
3. Cleanliness: Our rug from Macy's was absolutely filthy and we still have had no recourse since their customer service has been outsourced to another country. THIS rug however was properly packaged and immaculate!
4. Quality: Excellent. The thickness, weave, color is better than we imagined.
5. Appearance: We love it.
