We are really pleased with our new rug and pad. We were also very pleased with Steve at Incredible Rugs and its policies of no shipping fees, no sales tax and return within 30 days policy. We had a hard time deciding which Liola rug would look best, so we ordered 3 samples. That helped a lot. The samples were also shipped and sent at no cost to us with our purchased. Definitely 5 star product and service!
So far, I am very happy with my selection. The rug is very soft and plush. One end does curl up a bit but I am hoping it will lay flat over time. Came with a rug pad which is thin and simple keeps the rug from moving. I paired the rug with a grey sofa and it works well.
