I was surprised when I received this Loloi Phoenix Mocha rug as it was MUCH darker than shown in the product photos. Even at different times of the day and with/without indoor lighting, the color at any angle isn't even close to the stock photos. Attached are photos of the actual rug I received (on the left) compared to the stock photos. I asked Loloi to send me another rug of the same SKU for comparison, but they refused. I decided to keep the rug because it was on sale, and the quality is better than expected. Hopefully, it will lighten up over time. Robert at Incredible Rugs and Decor was terrific throughout the buying process.
