Very happy with my purchase. Customer service was proactive (which basically doesn’t exist in the real world) by contacting me to tell me the rug was large and required larger than usual delivery service. They stated that delivery was free but if I didn’t like it the expense to send it back would be high. Suggested a sample to start with just in case.
