If you order a rug and the color you get isn't even in the same ZIP CODE as the website, don't expect these people to work toward a satisfactory resolution. This rug has virtually NO earth tone as shown in the picture, it's mostly white & blue. Buyer beware, just ask their employees; they are always right. NO, the light isn't playing tricks, the picture on the website is just wayyyy off! Also, beware of the "free" pad, it's deceptively places on an inventory list.

The two rugs I received are beautiful but I have still not received the large rug I ordered because it was damaged in shipping and I’m still not sure if , or when I’ll get it. More communication would be nice.

I really love the rug, with its subtle colors and muted tone. I only wish that I had not listened to my husband when he insisted that we don’t need a larger size! Nevertheless my experience with this company has been positive and I certainly would not hesitate to order from them again.

The muted color variety, high quality weave & prior purchase of this brand were the reasons I chose this rug. Certainly, it did not disappoint. A "silky sheen" seems characteric with Javari. Put it in the dining room and it delightfully blends with the custom upholstered chairs Love it! Also love that its versatility means I can move it around as decorating needs dictate.
