If you order a rug and the color you get isn't even in the same ZIP CODE as the website, don't expect these people to work toward a satisfactory resolution. This rug has virtually NO earth tone as shown in the picture, it's mostly white & blue. Buyer beware, just ask their employees; they are always right. NO, the light isn't playing tricks, the picture on the website is just wayyyy off! Also, beware of the "free" pad, it's deceptively places on an inventory list.
