I actually bought two of these rugs in different sizes one for the living room and one for our entry. I ordered the smaller rug first back on memorial weekend in May and it didn't arrive until late August. The larger rug I ordered in July and it arrived within a week or so. I love them both and the customer service was really good they respond to emails really fast.
