Great rugs, just not for my home.
The rugs were beautiful but they were lighter than I anticipated and I chose to return them. It didn't make sense to keep them and then have to ask my guests to take their shoes off before stepping on them. One of the rugs was a runner. I couldn't put something so light in a high traffic area. The return process was seamless. Even though these rugs didn't work out, this was my second order from Incredible Rugs. I will definitely purchase from this company again.
