I was looking for a larger rug that was synthetic so it would be easier to clean due to pets- I have given up on natural fibers and rugs due to spot cleaning and the distortions in the rug after the fact! As soon as I saw this particular rug I knew it was just what I was looking for, and know that Surya is a trusted rug manufacturer. I had not heard of this particular website before either, but was particularly impressed with the positive comments regarding customer service.
After I ordered the rug, the company kept me well informed of the status and expected next steps, which I appreciated especially since it was a larger rug (9x12). I did have a minor issue with the delivery, which was to no fault of the company. I contacted Incredible Rugs after the delivery and they were beyond wonderful to work with. Their responses were so prompt and you could tell it was a genuine, empathetic person focusing on providing great customer service.
I have not used the rug yet because I am still waiting for some finishing work to be complete in the room, but it looks amazing and I cannot wait to use it.
