I had my eye on this Surya carpet for a long time before purchasing. It is so beautiful, soft, beautiful details on the design, gorgeous colors, and exactly what I was hoping for. One thing I didn't realize that was the two shorter ends (12' X 15' so the 12' end) is not bound (it has a very short fringe/unbound edge as shown in my pictures. Customer service assured me that the rug will not unravel and it is meant to have fringe/unbound edge on the shorter sides. We have hydraulic radiant floor heating and this rug is labeled as radiant floor heating safe. The shipping delivery service took good care of the rug and it camed double wrapped and with no damage. Very happy with my new rug.

I’m very pleased with my purchase! I bought this rug to be a nice neutral, yet add hints of color to pop out in my other furnishings. It’s SUPER soft, with a low pile for an updated look. The pattern is very forgiving with my two large dogs and what they drag into the house and so far it cleans up easily. Highly recommend.
