Only problem was it got bent in two places during shipping. The round core was broken in two places and now the rug is wrinkled ☹️ I believe it will walk out eventually but it will take awhile.
Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you love the rug! Wrinkles in your rug can occur during the shipping process and will naturally correct with regular use, and vacuuming. Always be sure your beater bar is turned off, as it can pull at the rug fibers. If you would like to expidite the process of removing wrinkles, we often reverse roll the rug:
1. Turn over the rug design down.
2. Start in one corner and roll from that corner diagonally across the whole snugly. Start tight so it stays snug.
3. Let the rug sit over for a day or two.
