I love the thickness and texture (so does the cat) which is a challenge.
My only feedback is on the color. I was a little disappointed in the mustard yellow color as seen in the photo online. The actual color was more along the burnt orange rusty color, but I am making the best of it anyways.
I know it is difficult to get the coloring right in online photos but perhaps this is the adjustment you can make or at least put in the description.
At least for me I wanted that mustard color but it did not blow my entire design out of the water.
The rug is beautifully crafted and high quality; however, the colors are more vibrant in the picture than they are in the actual rug. Still beautiful, but more muted than what I was looking for. I'm returning the rug and replacing it with another rug from Incredible Rugs and Decor. Your staff was extremely helpful, responsive and professional in guiding me through the process, particularly Rusty. Even though this particular Surya rug was not quite what I was looking for, I will highly recommend your company to friends and family.
