Rug is beautiful. Great quality and thickness. Incredible Rugs is an awesome company. During delivery of my rug, it was inadvertently placed on the wrong fed ex truck. Incredible Rugs kept in contact with Fed Ex until it was delivered to my house. No issues at all; just a minor delay.
