Incredible Rug!

We looked at so many rugs for our dining room over a few months that we almost gave up. Then we saw this rug and we had to have it. Its hard to buy some things on line and rugs is one of them for us. How are the colors, what does it feel like , and what's the quality. Does it looks as good in real life as it does in pictures?

The rug ended up on back order and we had to wait a couple months but it was well worth it. This rug exceeded all expectations. It is exactly what we hoped for and better. Its very plush and the quality for the price is surprising. The staff at Incredible Rugs always answered our emails within the day and were so professional throughout the whole process. Something you don't see anymore.

High Quality; Practical and Pretty

Have a dozen Karastan rugs, all wool. When I discovered the Zephyr Chronos Rust was a synthetic I was skeptical. However, the rugs were intended for a home office over solid-hardwood floor, and after an email exchange with Incredible Rugs, I decided to give it a try.
Incredible Rugs delivered in just a few days. Yes, synthetic does not have the same fine and subtle appearance as wool. But:
- the pile is plush (feels nice under stocking feet)
- colors consistent
- attractive pattern (good match for website)
- good quality of manufacture
- rug lies flat
- and I'm told it will be easy to clean.
- it's not the same as wool, but it's close.
So all-in-all, Very happy with Incredible Rugs and the Karastan Zephyr Chronos Rust is an attractive and quality rug for the price.
