Recently I ordered an 8-10 rug for our family room along with a matching runner. It was made by Karastan which is a trustworthy brand in my view.
The experience on the Incredible Rugs and Decor website is user friendly and I appreciate being able to use the feature where you can see the rug in your room!
The runner wasn’t in stock but I ordered it anyway as it was due in late July. The 8 x10 Zephyr Amphora Black arrived in a couple days and amazingly the runner arrived a couple days after that! The runner must have run from the warehouse as it arrived almost a month before expected.
I had a reason to speak with the home office as the prices of what I ordered were decreased a couple of days after my order and they treated me like I had ordered them that very day and credited my account accordingly. Their staff is very professional and truly understand great customer service and how to treat customers. I believe I spoke with Jennifer or Jessica who was terrific.
My wife and I are very happy with our Karastan rug and runner and highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor and their owner Steve who is a hands on owner and e-mails customers with a thank you note too. I like to see these kinds of companies succeed!
