The carpet is true to the photos and description. We are pleased with the quality and construction. Our objection concerns the packaging. The carpet was folded, not rolled (we understand that this was for ease of shipment), but it had definite folds and creases that required lots of effort to correct, and we still have it “resting” after 3 days! We followed your company’s recommendations to reverse roll it on a diagonal and that helped to a degree.
