I love Karastan rugs! I really like the website that allows you to see the rug in your home before you order. This was very useful and when the rug arrived, which arrived quickly and well packaged, it rolled out nicely and the edges laid flat. Color is so peaceful and design light and muted. We live near the beach we were looking for a light airy-serene feel to our rug design. This rug is in our living room and gives a very “welcome” easy going -yet classy feel to our home.
My rug is of the highest quality and the right amount of thickness. The colors are so close to the photo, so there were no surprises. This is my second rug from this company because Matt and Steve were so helpful-always answering phone calls and/or emails.
