I started my online shopping for a rug after seeing a smaller size of a rug my wife loved at a local retailer. The team at Incredible Rugs & Decor was outstanding as their name implies. I asked the service representative if the rug could be expedited at my added expense to make it in a few days for a party we were having and I was told very kindly, “that may take a miracle!” The rug didn’t make it on time but Incredible Rugs & Decor attempted to get it to me quickly and never asked me for an additional shipping charge. It was the customer service level we all dream of and most often never receive from other retailers.
We liked the rug so much, we inquired about a second one and purchased it as well.

I was overjoyed when I unrolled this rug. The colors are vibrant and the quality of the rug is amazing.
Every time I walk in bedroom I love this rug! With the pad it so soft to walk on and makes the room feel warm. I love the colors and style....it blends with my other Karastan wool rugs in my house! This rug is not wool...but it looks high end and is well made. I had some questions, and the staff was very professional and were quick to respond! Will definitely buy from them again...highly recommend!
The kaleidoscope series rugs have wonderful colors and detailed designs. The rugs are thick, soft and reasonably priced.

This is a lovely rug with beautiful colors. I only ordered the sample because I was concerned that the colors in the rug would work in my home. I love the feeling of this new synthetic material Karastan is using. So much nicer and much more plush than less expensive rugs. Sadly the colors of the rug did not coordinate with my home’s decor. If it had, we would have definitely purchased the full size rug.
