This was a stretch for me to order such an expensive, large item via the Internet! I am very pleased with my purchase and the service provided. My rug has been down a bit over a week and is still a tiny bit “curled” on the borders where it was rolled! I expect that to lessen with time. I DID use a rug pad that I had under my old rug. It was a rubber type that washed well in my washing machine and works well with this rug!

Beautiful Rug
I'm very pleased with this rug and have received many compliments on it from family and friends. Its colors in the online photos are a bit darker/denser than what arrived at my door, but that actually worked to my favor given my decor. The pile isn't very thick so I will be purchasing a rug pad. The online purchase was easy and efficient. If I have any complaints it's that I was given a 10-day to 2-week time window for its delivery. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang on Day 8 and it was the deliverymen at my lobby! I had not been given any advance warning, so it was pure luck I was home and able to accept the delivery. I'm not sure what headaches would've been involved had I missed them and had to reschedule. All that said, I'd definitely buy another rug from this company.

The rug itself is beautiful. The workmanship is spot on. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because the photos depict this rug lighter than it actually is. The tones are much richer and darker than the pictures.
