Beautiful Rug

I ordered this rug for my entrance foyer and couldn’t be happier. It is the exact color as the website, is very soft, yet dense. I was notified when ordered, when fulfilled, when shipped and once delivered. It was received by UPS when estimated. It unrolled completely and I was able to put in place immediately. Buy Karistan! Perfect!

I first ordered this carpet in the runner to determine whether I wanted to get the 9×12 carpet. I received the runner within a couple of days. It was beautiful and it felt great. I ordered the 9×12 and it was backordered for 2-3 weeks, but it was delivered within a week of order. I had one hiccup with the runner order, but customer service was quick to correct it. I am very satisfied with my runner and carpet. The grays and tans pull my furniture all together and it looks beautiful with my gray wood floors. (And dog approved!)

Perfectly beautiful rug!

This lovely rug just makes my master bath! The warm grays and fawn tones are absolutely beautiful!...not to mention how soft and comfortable it is under foot. 1' 6'' Returnable Sample Swatch

Was different from sample.

Ordered the sample and liked it but was disappointed when the actual rug arrived. I kept the sample for comparison sake. The pile and texture of the rug was different than the sample. The pile on the rug itself was much flatter and had a sheen to it. Also, the pattern on the rug was MUCH larger than on the sample and was overwhleming to my room. As I said...disappointing! Now I have to pay $330.00 to ship this large rug back to the company. Not a happy camper.

Absolutely beautiful rugs!

We puchased a 5 x 8 Rhodes Ash Grey rug for our foyer and we loved it so much we purchased the 8 x 11 for our living room. The colors are so pretty! The carpet is very soft to walk on. The colors in this rug are light grey, cream, tan, brown, and aqua. We purchased a few area rugs for our new home but this one is by far our favorite. Highly recommended.

Love My New Rug!

I am so pleased with my new rug. The pattern is traditional but, the colors are soft muted grays, brown and cream. The rug feels great on the feet as it is dense. I ordered several samples before making my final choice. I highly recommend doing this because the samples give you a good idea of how the colors/pattern will look in your room. With the return labels provided by Incredible Rugs, the samples are easy to return.

Comfy, classy quality

Traditional 1/2 inch thick Karastan rugs are beautiful, well made, and long lasting. ( I noticed some of their newer Karastan rugs are thinner, so decide what you prefer.)

I waited for a sale then ordered a 2x3 and 3x5 so the Euphoria Rhodes Ash Grey would match in an open floor plan. They arrived rolled, well packaged, and lay flat without a problem. The rugs definitely upped the wow factor in the decor! I am pleased.

I was a bit surprised with the thin rug pad, but it is free and helpful for slippage.
