Ordered a Sample - moving to big rug

I ordered a sample, love that they offer these and they are nice and big enough that you get an idea of the pattern. I love the colors. I am remodeling my home and will be buying a new rug and furniture and I will be able to take the sample to the furniture store to buy a couch that will go with the rug. Super soft rug.

Best Shopping Experience, A to Z

Purchasing my dream rug was amazingly easy. I’ve been searching for the perfect colors/design for a living room rug for 2 years. Incredible Rugs includes both the names of the colors of the rug in descriptions, but includes individual color examples. I bought a sample first but I’m keeping it to find curtains and a couch to fit in the color scheme. I was informed of the order status along the way until delivery. Just don’t wait too long if you see something you want due to the great discounts.

Perfect!

I first ordered this carpet in the runner to determine whether I wanted to get the 9×12 carpet. I received the runner within a couple of days. It was beautiful and it felt great. I ordered the 9×12 and it was backordered for 2-3 weeks, but it was delivered within a week of order. I had one hiccup with the runner order, but customer service was quick to correct it. I am very satisfied with my runner and carpet. The grays and tans pull my furniture all together and it looks beautiful with my gray wood floors. (And dog approved!)

Somehow you got the rug delivered on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We love the rug its just what we wanted. Understand it was in short supply for that size but we got it and it looks great.
