This is my fourth rug from the Karastan Euphoria series. Several are 3-4 years old, but you’d never know it by looking at them. They are well suited to professional steam cleaning and will last for years. I love that the whole series blends so well with each other in adjacent areas.
There was a small snafu with my last order. Customer Service was easy to work with and solved the problem promptly to my satisfaction.

I’ll start with the product itself. I have tile floors throughout the house we just moved into. So we needed area rugs. Lots of them. This is the most expensive rug I’ve ourchased to date. And boy can I definitely tell the difference. From the way it unrolled beautifully out of the package and into the floor without a single crease to the soft silky feel of it under my feet. It’s truly beautiful and pics don’t do it justice.
Now to discuss the company. Service was phenomenal. I took advantage of a 21% discount so that’s always good. Also the communication was fantastic. I received an email letting me know how the shipping process worked, when it would be sent to the shipping company, and letting me know I would be called about a delivery time. And everything worked just as stated in the email. The shipping company was even extremely pleasant to work with. I’ve been furnishing my house these past few months so have had customer service experience all along the spectrum and I can def say these guys are at the top!!
