The rug is a good neutral but it did not have as much tan or beige as the photos and as I had envisioned. The rug shows more predominantly gray, white and black in my space and with my lighting. It is a good quality medium pile and soft underfoot. However, I have returned the sample rug and am in search for more tan and beige in the mix. This company is awesome to work with. I will always look to them first for all of my rug needs!

Rug Quality is Excellent
I found this rug and the colors were exactly what I was looking for. I talked with customer service to make sure the rug would be delivered rolled rather than folded. It came as expected within the time frame indicated. I am thrilled with the Karastan quality and look. The free pad was a grip pad rather than a felt pad, but the rug went under our Dinning Room table and was not needed. I will be able to use it with another rug. I would recommend purchasing from Incredible Rugs again!
