I ordered a big rug 12ft 11 inches by 9ft 6inches, so it had to come from a warehouse away from the store. Which wasn’t a problem it just took a few days longer for the shipping. It arrived in perfect condition and I love it, it’s made from recycled water bottles. The texture is soft . Incredible rugs were so nice to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
