Absolutely love it I’m sorry I hesitated so long to buy it it’s perfect

Beyond my expectations

I was hesitant of ordering this rug online as I have ordered from a different company and was disappointed. My parents have Karastan rugs and I love them they feel amazing under foot. I took a chance and ordered this and the runner and they did not disappoint, we love them and they add the right amount of color to the living room. I have my eye on another one just haven’t ordered it yet.

This rug is beautiful!

Described as Robin's Egg Blue, but blends perfectly with my dark teal accents. Customer Service was excellent at suggesting ordering a smaller rug first (I chose to get runner in order to see the range of colors). Colors were just what I wanted, so then I ordered the large rug. Rug is very soft and comfy. We love it! BTW I kept the runner too! Sets the stage in my front entry hall.

Love this rug and the help from Incredible staff

The colors of this rug are very rich and really brightened up our family room and looks just like the rug photo on the website. What the photo cannot tell you is how wonderfully soft this rug is under our feet. It is now the favorite place for our cat to relax. The family room looks so cheerful now. The staff really lived up to the name Incredible. They made sure we got samples of 5 rugs we were considering, helped with ordering this one and then returning the samples. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and the staff also informed us of an additional discount. Thank you for making this whole process such a pleasure.
