Can we please talk about how SOFT this rug is? So soft, cushy, a dream to lay on -- all qualities you cannot tell from a website, so I'm here to tell you this is such a comfortable rug, especially for what is a low pile. We love to snuggle our dog down at his level and in the process, the whole family ends up enjoying this rug. Add to that, the colors align with the photo, and the ad hoc design is perfectly balanced throughout the run and highlights this modern version of a "worn" oriental rug (we have a 9x13 with the Karastan All Felt Pad for Hard Floors underneath). We are beyond thrilled. Incredible Rugs and Karastan in general have been so professional, amazingly attentive to our questions, and had great pricing and service.
