I was looking for a low pile rug for my father-in-law to avoid a trip hazard, as he tends to shuffle his feet when he walks. This rug is very sturdy with finished edges that lay flat to the ground. It’s plush, soft to the touch, and high quality. The color is lighter in person and more of a cream color with earth tones and a bit of grey blue. Do the option to “see this rug in my room” which will give you a better representation of the actual color and pattern. It has more of a “tweed” vibe. This was my first purchase from Incredible Rugs. Their price beat the competition, it arrived sooner than expected and the email updates from Steve were great!
