This rug is very pretty and is very soft to walk on, even before we put a rug pad under it. My only complaint would be that the colors in the rug seem a little more muted than expected. The rug arrived in a timely manner and I will definitely order from Incredible Rugs again.

I'd ordered the 5x7, the runner and two small rugs to go on the side of the bed to match (online order). I was contacted by the owner asking if I'd seen them in person, which I hadn't. He suggested prior to shipping they send only the smaller side rug to make sure I liked them, which I agreed. After receiving it I loved it. The rest were shipped including the free pads. I really enjoy when I buy something that is of great quality and looks beautiful and doesn't cost a fortune! Karastan rugs are high quality and classic but they are not boring. I put this rug in my family room in a midcentury modern home and it warms it up and really finishes off the room. It feels great underfoot.
