J.S. (Fort Collins, CO) I like the colors in the rug and the pattern is nice. I actually think it looks prettier in person compared to the photo. I purchased the largest size and the quality is pretty poor, especially for this size. The rug isn't square and the way it was cut on the sides and then bound is pretty obvious it wasn't cut strait. One side looks a bit stretched out, I'm hoping it relaxes. When it was delivered it came wraped in a larger plastic protector, but the rug itself was loosely wrapped, i almost wonder of someone had previously returnd it. Overall, I've had better rugs for much cheaper prices, which is disappointing. We need to get a rug on the floor and I have no idea how I would return it so will live with it.

Megan G. (Corvallis, OR) Very happy with this rug. We barely had to weigh the corners down like we have had to with some rugs with lesser quality. The colors are a tiny bit more vibrant than in the photo. They do change a bit based on the direction of the pile, especially the gold and the main light grey. I like it that way, though. The ordering/shipping process was great; I had no trouble and it was pretty fast as well.
