I ordered Jaipur Living Vestra VST01 and I am extremely happy on so many levels. First, the rug is thick and beautiful ( a bit of strong smell that I believe will dissipate with time.) The customer service is extremely impeccable! I was kept informed on the status of my order constantly and they always responded quickly to my emails.
