Received this rug a few months ago and loved it at first. I love the color and the design and had been looking for something like this for a long time. Upon receiving it and then vacuuming it I noticed it was shedding a lot and figured because it was new it was doing that. After a month or two the shedding did not stop. I also have a cat and the way it is handwoven the minute my cat would scratch it it would pull pieces of the material up and everyday I would have to pick up pieces of it all over my living room. I wish I could have made it work and had it longer because I truly loved it but I had at get rid of it because I could not take the shedding anymore.
