This rug is beautiful, and clearly very high quality. It does shed quite a bit, but most new rugs do for awhile.
The rug was shipped to me straight from the Jaipur warehouse. Unfortunately it arrived significantly damaged (~4 inch square chunk cut out of the interior). Incredible Rugs and Decor reached out to me within 5 minutes of emailing them about the damage, and went to work on either a replacement or discount. We were able to hide the damage under the couch, so we opted to keep it rather than hassle with a return. The 12x15 is 198 lbs and quite difficult to receive, unpackage, and get into place, so we weren't anxious to go through it all again. They did mail me some glue and have offered to walk me through repairing the rug. I do believe they would have replaced it entirely, if that's what we had wanted.
All-in-all, I'm very happy with the rug and would buy again from this site based on the great prices and customer service.
