Absolutely love the rug and quality however the color is NOT what is pictured. The company tried to help find the right color however they said the dye lot changed. The color came and was grey and dark dark brown almost grey/charcoal. Unfortunately I had to return because they could not find any that matched the color on website. Sidenote- i saw the rug in person at a local store and it was exactly what was online. They need to update the pictures online to match new dye lot.
